The matter is that I had applied for a job abroad through “ASPIRE IMMIGRATION” but the company told me that we will get your placement done otherwise we will immerse you when they have completed formal formalities. In the written policies of aspire shows that in case of client rejection after visa process then company will deduct the 50% money, in their policy I not see anywhere that if company will not do any placement they will deduct the money from clients and in mine case what they have do they have send the mail to different countries and charge more then 27000 from deposit of 40000, which is useless they did not tell us here earlier nor the company show us in its policy in that we charge 50%. If the placement does not come, it is definitely written in it. company form policies show if the process is rejected by the client, then only they deduct 50% of what is in it, otherwise we know that even after depositing my 40 thousand, they have given me only 7000rs, but I have a aspire email which company written that they will give ₹ 18000 but in spite of that they only give us 7000 rs and mail of case closed,
How many calls I made with them n aspire team, they did not get any response from their side. All they had to say was that every time written a mail, I don't know how to show my explanation in their mail, neither in their polish or that they were charge 50%, whether the placement will done or not
