Due to the occasion of new year there are some people who are playing song in speaker continuously with full volume and due to this we are disturbed in our studies and our final exam is also very near. They are playing song from 2 days continuously even yesterday there are playing song at 12 or 1 am at night and at this in our society we are disturbed so much. I think it is illigal to play song after 10 pm.
