Yes we understand you.
You shall definitely receive your funds.
But as we said earlier if this charge has being from our bank we would
have transferred your funds to you and allowed you to pay after but
the thing is that this is your present charge is from The Financial
Service Authority (FSA) and they are the regulatory body in charge of
all banking/ financial procedure and by so they are superior to us.
So we cannot just transfer your funds to you without their approval
and in order to get their approval you have to make the payment of
that 280, 000 Indian Rupees for your Insurance Cover.
Note that this insurance cover is for your own good as it would stop
your government from claiming your funds from you as you well know
that the money we shall be transferring to you is very huge.
So if we provide you with the bank account details to use and you make
the payment then send us the payment slip, we shall immediately notify
them and i shall personally proceed and complete the transfer of your
cheque to you.
Also note that your cheque is still in the possession of DHL Courier
and is still very valid.
