Sir,
I'was looking for a job so i have applied for online data entry work at different websites.
Then, i've got a call for an job offer from o tech company. There was a lady who gave me details about the job. And send me agreement without told me and signed an online agreement through agreement software. They have taken my details like adhaar card copy and my email. I was supposed to solve and submit 12000 captcha with 90% accuracy through the app they provided. But i was unbale to do it because am busy in study and part time job means when we have time to do it as per our wish and no one can forced us to do it
Then there came a call from advocate from actech tech company and he said that your case has to come to me for that you will have to pay 6000 rupees and then he started to threatening me for paying rs 6000 to the company and again he called me and said that if you not paying this amount it will go to leagal notice was issued against me in dhili court and i've to pay 6000 rs for notice charge and maintenance fee of achtech tech company...
Messages and call and email make me so stress
They also send me bond paper that i have never seen it and not signed they were genereted by them and send me call regarding. I get to much stress after hearing of court and case so i convince him and told him that i cant afford so he tell me to pay only 6000 and your case will be closed so i pay 6000... After some time i called him and ask about case hi told me that ur whole case is not closed u have agree 1 year bond if you have to close your whole case you have to pay 15500 and again threaten me that if you are not giving this amount your case will goes to dhili court.
Please help me to get rid of this problem...
I've seen many complaint against this company on this website too...
