Astric Computers — Requesting to replace the defective bike supplied------Immediate Action Required

I bought a new FZS from your dealer M/s. Santhosh bikes
located at Avadi, Chennai in the month of October 2013 by paying full payment
as an advance. From the date of delivery, this bike is giving starting problem
and subsequent that they repaired the brand new bike handed over to me by
committing that this problem will never reoccur.

within 10 months of purchase of this bike, your service team
attended numerous complaint includes.

1. Movement problem

2. Clutch problem. Replaced most of clutch related components
under free of cost.

3. due to mis-firing the whole components pertained to
timing and the connecting rod were replaced under warranty .

4. while repairing the later said warranty repair your
authorised service person has damaged the spark plug mounting area in the
cylinder head. Considering my urgency i have paid the lathe work charge above
said job and taken delivery of the bike.

Currently my bike if having heavy white smoke in the exhaust
so i suspect the bike which you have supplied to me is used / defective one and
i need immediate replacement of above said bike. Any further delay will be
forced me to escalate this issue with your senior management team or i may
forced to go legally. I hope you understood my predicament and do the needful
at the earliest.
