So I thought to get my fortune report from Astro Arun Pandit after seeing him on various podcasts and he sounded like a genuine person. After placing my order to receive fortune report, I did not receive it. I am continually asking them for the same via WhatsApp, email and call; but haven’t received the report yet. It’s been more than 40 days, I still haven’t received my fortune report, instead they gave me a free course, which I didn’t pay for. When I complain about this on call, they keep telling me to WhatsApp. On WhatsApp they ask me to mail them. And on mail, they raise the ticket and close the tickets. Was this information helpful? |
