I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a recent purchase I made on AstroTalk. I purchased the Ultimate Problem Solver Combo Gold Bracelet which included Pyrite, Rose Quartz Evil Eye, and Hanuman Bracelet. The package also included a Glyxe Gemological Laboratory (GGLab) Certificate, but there were multiple issues with the order that I would like to highlight:
Missing Certificate for Evil Eye Bracelet:
The certificate for the Evil Eye Bracelet was missing. I only received certificates for the Pyrite and Rose Quartz bracelets.
Incorrect Chemical Composition in Certificate for Pyrite Bracelet:
The certificate for the Pyrite Bracelet listed the chemical composition as Fe₂O₃ (Ferric Oxide or Hematite), which is not correct. The genuine composition of Pyrite is FeS₂ (Iron Disulfide). This suggests that the Pyrite Bracelet provided may not be authentic, but instead a completely different mineral (Hematite).
Concerns about Product Authenticity:
The discrepancy between the chemical composition and the product I received strongly indicates that AstroTalk may be selling fake gemstones. This is a serious breach of trust and raises concerns about the authenticity of other products being sold.
Request for Resolution:
I am requesting that AstroTalk immediately provide the genuine Pyrite Bracelet with the correct FeS₂ composition and an authentic certificate for all products (including the missing certificate for the Evil Eye Bracelet).
I do not wish to receive a refund but instead demand that the correct products and certificates be sent to me within 7 days.

I hope to receive a prompt response and resolution to this matter.
