I am writing to formally raise a complaint against AstroTalk for their ongoing delay and unprofessional conduct during the onboarding process.
I was officially selected to join the AstroTalk platform as an astrologer and submitted all the required documents on April 4, 2025, under Token No. 305835. Despite multiple follow-up emails and attempts to contact their team, I have not received any update, login credentials, or activation of my account.
This delay has not only wasted my time but has also caused emotional and professional distress. I trusted AstroTalk as a reputed platform, but this experience has been highly disappointing.
I urge AstroTalk to take immediate action and activate my account or provide a full explanation. If this issue continues to be ignored, I will explore legal recourse and advise others to be cautious before engaging with their onboarding process.
