I've brought zenfone 5 one and half years ago and after the usage of 6 months it's internal board get damaged and replaced it. Then nearly one month ago again the internal board damaged and the phone is hanging every time when i switch on it! Also the vibrator motor is in trouble because so much noise and vibration is coming out when it vibrates and the battery is also very weak!!! Yesterday i went to my nearest service centre and they said that the warranty period has been ended and i've to pay about 10, 000rs to resolve all the isuues. That means the cost of that entire phone when i was brought it! What will have to do? I was so excited to buy your product in earlier times and i've suggested this product to many of my friends. But after the usage and bitter experience, i realised that i was wrong about the product. My phone haven't any physical damages or else. The internal board is damaging 2nd time!
