I am writing to inform you about a problem I have encountered with "Athots CNC hybrid POWER FULL 550 W Juicer Mixer" I purchased from your company.
I bought the mixer on[protected] and have been using it for only 9 days. Unfortunately, after using it just three times, the mixer has become damaged and is no longer functioning properly. I am disappointed that it has already malfunctioned.
Could you kindly assist with either a replacement or a full refund for the defective product? am happy to provide any further details or documentation, such as the order number or photos of the damaged item, to help facilitate the process.
