I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a recent purchase I made from Flipkart. I bought an Athots Copper Ultra High Speed Ceiling Fan with CNC technology, 48 Inch, 3 Star, 1200 mm Anti Dust 3 Blade Ceiling Fan (Smoked Brown, Pack of 1). Unfortunately, the fan is not functioning as expected.
Here are the issues I have encountered:The fan is running very slowly.The airflow is inadequate and does not meet the advertised specifications.
I contacted your customer care team immediately upon discovering these issues, but despite several interactions, the problem remains unresolved.I kindly request that you look into this matter on an urgent basis and provide a solution, whether it be a repair, replacement, or refund.
