I purchased a mixer-grinder on [[protected]] through Flipkart. Recently, the device developed a defect: the coupler was worn down due to friction, which also damaged the jar’s inner blades, causing them to break. Additionally, there were times when the mixer-grinder failed to function properly even when it appeared to be in good physical condition.
Currently, the mixer is unusable. Since it is still under warranty, I kindly request your assistance in exploring alternative solutions to resolve this issue and restore the functionality of the mixer-grinder and its jars. Please find the attached invoice and product images for your reference.
