Atlanticcourier.net — Poor service and damaged items - Picture's glass frame broken and not fixed

This is very poor service and damage the items and do not take responsibility. I sent the following email, but no response from top management. The persons Sonlai and Lokesh are irresponsible in this company. Do not use this courier for any shipment .

Mr Rajanna / Ms Neha/Ms Sonali/Lokesh,

We have paid Rs 84, 000 to ship five boxes from Bengalore to USA on 5th December, 2023. We received message saying AWB_[protected] NEELA (1 box) and AWB_[protected] NEELA 1 (4 boxes including one box containing Tanjore picture with glass frame).
We got a call and photo from you on last Saturday (9th December), after 4 days, saying the glass frame of the picture is broken. I sent message on same day to Sonali explaining your responsibility for proper packaging and replacement of the broken glass frame. Neela husband Nagaraj also called you to fix the glass before shipping. You promised to fix the glass. Inspite of that, today we received all the boxes and picture box without replacing the glass. Even the glass pieces were not cleaned properly. This is really bad and shows how irresponsible your team in handling items. You are responsible to replace the broken glass and would cost more than $100 in US. Also, you changed for 13 kg of picture box shipping with glass. Without the glass, the picture box was less than half the weight. It's your responsibility to pay the glass frame replacement cost and refund the additional shipping charges for lighter box. Attached are pictures and videos.
Hope you take suitable action and refund the amount.

It's not our responsibility to call each and everyone in your company and explain each item being packed. Before accepting the items and billing, you have to talk to your representative.
