I paid an advance amount of ₹40, 000 to Atlas Kitchen & Interiors for kitchen interior design. Only a basic 2D drawing and one site visit were provided. No agreement was signed, no 3D design was prepared, and no production or material procurement has started. Due to the very high cost estimation and unsatisfactory service, I requested cancellation and refund of the advance amount. Despite multiple follow-ups through email and phone, the company has not provided any clear response regarding the refund.They also haven't given any prior intimation regarding non refund of advance once paid at the time of payment.I request intervention to facilitate the refund of the advance amount.
