      I purchased an iron from your brand via Flipkart two months ago. Unfortunately, it recently started emitting smoke unexpectedly, and since then, it has stopped functioning.

      I have tried reaching out to the contact numbers provided by your company, but I have been unable to connect. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue at the earliest, either by repairing or replacing the product under warranty.

            We have ordered a mixture grinder through Flipkart who have received on 28th of September after its first use we saw the body of the Mr grinder is burning and immediately we connect to the Flipkart support and after that till now we are facing the problem of changing the product as we have the 18 months of guarantee
            Now we have to change the product

                                    Purchased a mixer-grinder on [[11th april, 2024]] through Flipkart. Recently, the device developed a defect: the mixer-grinder got started and after 10, 20 seconds it stopped aitomatically though it appeared to be in good physical condition.

                                    Currently, the mixer is unusable. Since it is still under warranty, I kindly request your assistance in exploring alternative solutions to resolve this issue and restore the functionality of the mixer-grinder. Please find the attached invoice and product video for your reference.
