Mixer grinder cuppler was separated from mixer grinder, I had face so many problems because of your bad quality product

We have ordered this product recently but after some it got damaged so kindly replaced this item.

Damage product

The gas geyser manufactured by your Athots company is not working for a single moment, it will get the input water and heater gets switched on and immediately it will get switches off automatically and further the supply of cold water in the pipeline will continue till the tap closure.
Not used even a single time after purchasing the product is retained as it is with the package box received in the brand new condition only.

Mixi not working last 4 weeks.
