Hello, I'm here to complaint about atria biosciences.. These people took money from me 20000 in dec 2019 promising me a job in paraxel and scheduling interview very next day but i was not scheduled with any interview then they said i'll be getting a job in accenture again they failed and novartis company then they failed again, when they were unable to provide a job i renewed my contract in my previous workplace and asked for refund only after 90days, according to agreement they are refusing.. Before admission i already informed them that if i don't get a job by the given time then i will continue in my previous workplace and they should refund my money, they agreed to all this.. And soon after my application for refund amount these people started sending me mails for interview from azidus, pfizer, optimus pharma pvt ltd. Medreich limited, u gd research. As soon as i asked for my money they are sending now.. They don't want to understand that i can't join anywhere else because i renewed my contract.. I'm asking for refund only after 90days as per agreement.. I'm requesting them pleading begging everyday.. I waited five months patiently and now i'm in need of money that is why i'm here.. I wasn't scheduled with any interviews or classes until i asked for refund.. I want the authorities to go through this matter i request consumer forum and everyone else please help me and refund my amount.. We are from the legal team of atria biosciences, Stop acting too smart, We don't know why you are simply hiding your negativity you are not to rack the interview we have provided more then 5 Interview but you are not even able to clear a single round and hiding your inability.
But as per the Agreement we have sent Interviews to you but you are refusing attend the interviews.
From our website to our mail communication in which the admission form was sent, all the details of our course modules details and the process that student has to attend interview was clearly mentioned in the agreement also walk in Interviews & scheduled interview will be scheduled was clearly mentioned above were scheduled interviews & you attended Interviews.
And please see the attachment of the Agreement that you have signed with our institute. In that we clearly mentioned that there is no refund at any circumstance.
Firstly understand the value of professional expertise and times don’t try to misuse organizations efforts to hide the pretext of your laziness.
Please intimate to us if there was any mispresentation of fact in any of the communication that our executive had given to you before the admission process. Please go through the mail information given regarding our institute before admission.
We are in coordination with the HR's for the interview to your profile. We have scheduled the classes and Interviews.
Dont act too smart with false statments to the public.
