I have purchased 0.5 acre of land near Komkole village, Sangareddy dist from Atriya Infra for 25 lakhs. I have paid my initial payment on 07th July 2021 and final payment on 01st Nov 2021. After several follow up they denied to do registration of land. So I have requested to refund my money as per the Memorandum o[censored]nderstanding/Agreement.
They gave two cheque in the month of Aug and Sep 2022 for my principal amount. The cheques were bounces two to three times due to insufficient funds. I am follow up with owner as well as responsible office person. But I am not getting clear input from the owner Srinivas Varma and Staff Vikranth, Dhanush perumalla and Raghavendra (Raghu) Was this information helpful? |
