Property no. 11655 gali no.1 sat nagar karol bag DELHI. BOOKED by MCD no. B/UC/KBZ/2015/101. SIXTH LINTEL demolition done by MCD DEPARTMENT on 16-06-15. On subject site work is still ongoing with the help of MCD OFFICERS. NO map approval taken from mcd MAP department. BASEMENT will be used for commercial purpose, as owner will construct shops in BASEMENT, GROUND& FIRST FLOOR, for which token amount is already being taken by owner. MY question to MCD higher concerned officer why structure was not demolished at ZERO ground level or SEALED. Through RTI application i will ask LEGAL things on this subject site very soon.
