On the last day of our travel from Turkey to India, our Tour operator left us behind and proceeded to the Airport, as we reached the hotel 5 mins later than the given time, although we had informed the Tour Manager not to leave us behind.
Self and friend managed to reach Izmir Airport by spending 40 Euros. It was a worst experience. Departure from Izmir Airport was 16.05 hrs to Istanbul but v were made to travel too much in advance to accommodate other tourist. Also while traveling from Mumbai, we were asked to carry their kitchen bags of 10 kgs each besides our own baggage which is unethical and also not mentioned in their handouts. Aurora's handouts mention accommodation in 5 star hotels through out Turkey. This is not true for out of 5 hotels, 2 hotels were found to be 4 stars. Even though we have suffered physically, mentally and financially, I had asked Aurora's Director Mr Dhaval Jangla for refund of Euros 40 only. Since Mr Jangla is adamant, we will claim for all that we have suffered. Was this information helpful? |
