Worst experience ever. There marketing team is worst of the lot. They will not keep there commitment pertaining to price and they will make you regret your purchase in any possible way that you can ever think of. They committed to keep one price before the car purchase and signed an agreement. Only after i have made the down payment they informed that the price has increased by 11 k and without that extra price they will not deliver the vehicle. Next after all the transactions are complete they informed that extended warranty documents are with one of their sales executive and it will be delivered to me shortly. Then after couple of days there representative handed over the customer docket without extended warranty and whatever commitment has been given for extended warranty will not be given and we need to pay extra. It is worst purchase experience that i have ever faced under the superior guidance of their sales manager mr. Ujjal and sales executive arijit. They are no less than fraud. Don't ever purchase from this showroom and there are several other options available in the market who will deal things in much professional matter.
