Actually on 21st feb 2019 i have asked you to provide me some
References of pest control services in new sangvi area, pune. On my
Request you have provided me the same and i contacted one of them
Which name is mr. Sanjay pawar from authentic pest control services.
And i have done the pest control at my home on 23rd feb 2019. That
Time the owner gave me warranty of 6 months and said if we face the
Same problem within 6 months he will do the pest control free of cost.
Now on 1st april i have contacted their office and told the
Receptionist that we are facing the bug problem again and as they have
Given us the warranty of 6 months please come and solve the problem
Then she cut the phone and when i tried to contacted again she did not
Responded the calls and message me no to contacted again to their
Office. Then i tried to contacted owner mr. Pawar but he is also not
Responded any of my calls. So my request is to kindly remove this
Company from you data base and kindly take some action against this
Fraud man who gives false commitment to the customer.
