I received a call from a representative saying that he is a service guy from Whirlpool and he repaired our refrigerator which had cooling issue but the service wasn't good and the refrigerator is in the same old condition. He charged us Rs 4150 for just gas filling. He mentioned that we will send the invoice to concerned email address and from past 2 days they are saying they will be sending the invoice and did not turn up. When calling the customer care they mentioned it's registered with us and we will be sending the invoice shortly and now when we called again they are saying we have no information on that and they are disconnecting the call without providing right information.
