My uncle has placed an order for maruthi versa front bumper and carrier on whatsup and i made payment online for rs.6, 500/-. To mr. Prateek on 5th february 2018. They failed to deliver the goods and every time we phoned they give false information, will be deliverd today, material retuned back to original destination due to unable to trace the place, material has gone to bangalore etc., & finally they said the material is damaged and refund will be made on making request via e-mail. On 5/3/2018 i made a request via e-mail for refund of money. Till now refund not made. He is stopped attending my phone. I sent several remainder e-mail. There is no response. I request you to kindly intervene and arrange for my refund. Besides i need a compensation for the mental torture i and my uncle has suffered for more than two months. Kindly render justice.
