My Autocop GPS Tracking system is not working since 26th June 2023 and escalated to Mr.Shanker & Autocop Customer Care team many times over phone and whatsapp and emails. Getting reply from Autocop team Server is crashed, getting new server as replacement, our team is working on this issue, etc. However, after payment of AMC charges for one year almost last 25 days the GPS Tracking system is not working and not getting proper support/ revert from Autocop team. It causes the mental agony to customers like me, wherein the kind of interest Autocop team showing collecting AMC at the time of renewal, not been shown while rendering service to customers or responding / replying to customer's mails- is the bare minimum requirement. Kindly look in to this and please do support for permanent solution with compensation for mental agony from Autocop India (PVT) Ltd.
