I placed an order for chrome front grill for elite i20 product worth 6k ( since it was mentioned as imported one ) on Jun 18th. But since then no update on the order status . And also their website didn't showed no order placed when I checked 2 days back and also their website module was completely different.. But now all of a sudden when I checked their website seems to be old one listing car accessories and my order status too showing with status as still processing and no option to cancel the order . When I tried reaching their chat support and call no response and I suspect their authenticity as seeing lot of consumer complaints on them. Any help in this regard is much appreciated !!!
