Autoinrockstar4 — Mailed item shipped but not received.

A registered international small packet was mailed from India to Canada by a company in India, autoinrockstar4 (Email: [protected]@hotmail.com).

This was shipped on April 9, 2021, but I have not received it. On tracking the item under Consignment Number: RR[protected]IN, it shows that the item was confirmed delivery on May 22, 2021. On checking with Canada Post, they state that the item did not arrive in Canada, and is still in India. Emails to autoinrockstar4 are not being answered.

I would appreciate your help in finding where this packet might be.
