Automark Motors Private Limited — Mobile charger not working

I had bought volkswagon virtus 1.0L Tsi highline At Vide car No GJ01WV2673 on 18 Jan 2025 & since the time i have bought the car the wirless mobile charge has not been working. Whenever the car was sent in service i have reminded them everytime & they have always come back to me saying its working perfectly fine. But its not working & i seriously want this problem tobe resolved. This sat i.e 17 Jan 2026 had kept my car for service & again the same issue was raised by me & they sent me a video saying its working fine so i personally went to the workshop & got it checked which initially didnt work but then it started. When the car is standing in one position the charger works but when the car is in motion it doesnt. Pls look into it & get the issue resolved ASAP.
