Hello Sir/Madam
I had made a booking of Baleno at autopace network ltd chandigarh on 08/12/2015 and promised that my new baleno car will available for delivery within one month and till now they are just making as-cusses.
Kindly tell me how can i trust maruti and their dealers if they are doing all this.Kindly dont give the false promises to customer .I know the path to initiate the RTI path also and i know how to know the status of how many car manufactured by maruti and delivered to autopace since 08/12/2015 and where i stand in the queue.
Common man dont want to do this if you dont make the false promises and dealers are making money by selling cars in BLACK . kindly make some policy and it is a gentle reminder it is now more than 2months now .I will not cooperate further and withdraw the booking and publish the thing in the form of article in the newspaper and will try to stop the malpractice by dealers and supported by Maruti.I wish to send the booking receipt along with if you do provide me the email id where i will send the receipt because there is no option for that in your current portal
