I had been delivered a repainted, accidental, odometer tempered, used car Baleno Alpha fraudulently by AUTOPACE NEXA ELANTE MALL CHANDIGARH. The first complaint was made to Nexa Maruti customer support on March 12, 2022, after we noticed the poor clutch performance and exterior color differences in the automobiles.
For the past two years, we have been pursuing the dealership and filing many complaints with Maruti Care. however we haven't received a resolution yet.
I have no doubt that they have previously provided such used vehicles to other customers.
My opinion is that the dealership is in violation of all terms and conditions set forth by Maruti in allowing them to sell automobiles, as they have no right to make any modifications and tempering to factory-fitted vehicles. They have never been happy to help us out and keep our valued customers. They are merely enriching themselves at the expense of devaluing the Maruti brand by carrying out such unethical practices at NEXA showrooms which claims to provide premium services.
As I previously mentioned, we have been pursuing this dealership for the last two years. However, the manager and the salesperson conceal themselves in the showroom, while the other team members pretend to be absent while bothering us by asking us to tour their space under the guise of offering a solution.
I am extremely confused on where to go if I need to get a genuine Maruti vehicle. Used automobiles are sold to clients by this authorized dealership. This is abhorrent.
