.today i visited medicine shop to buy medicine.shop representative behaved very badly with me.I was returning to alipurduar after discharging my father from anandalok hospital in consulatation with renowned DR.
I got all medicine from anandalok except one item since they dont have the stock.
When i asked your shop representative to sale me the medicine, they told that they cant give only one medicine, i have to buy other medicines then only i can get the required medicine.They also told me that this is our rule and we cant bypass this.i requested them that this is urgent and i need the medicine.
Is there is any rule by govt or any pharmacy assoc for not selling one medicine even if consumer shows doctors prescription?
I am lodging a complain in this regard.their representative told me do whatever i can do. Was this information helpful? |
