This is to inform you that I Abhishek Ghosh had availed the service of Avaan India to deliver my suitcase from Jamshedpur to Ahmedabad on the 20th of November 2021 but upon receiving my suitcase on the 29th of November 2021 I saw that my suitcase has been completely damaged which shows the negligence from the company on delivery of service after taking payment in advance. I had raised a complaint with the mentioned company where they asked me to mail them the pictures of the suitcase and they will resolve the issue I did mail them immediately but even after repeated calls the company has not provided any resolution towards my issue.
Request you to kindly see to it and ask the company to refund me the suitcase price.
