Avalon Rangoli, Bhiwadi — Unfinished project No handover for last 5 years

Address: Avalon Group, Udyog Vihar , Gurgaon

Avalon Group project Avalon Rangoli, Bhiwadi was launched and I booked a flat in A8, tower in 2010. They completed the Towers from A1 to A6 but have not delivered A8 tower and kept all construction on hold for last 5 years. It was supposed to be delivered in 2015. They took 98% of Money and are now moving their office from one place to the other. Need immediate control on them as they have not delivered. I want my money back
