Avantika Enclave — unauthorised construction

I wish to bring to your attention on unauthorized constructions in B-14-C and B-14-D, Avantika Enclave, Mangolpuri, Delhi-110083. Owner of both houses is the same. Unauthorized constructions is built up in these both houses without MCD/DDA permission. Owner expanded the balcony and roof on a lot of area not covered under the flat's area. Stairs area on the top floor has also been broken. This is completely violation of law and rules. Owner is a govt. retired employee.

Kindly take urgent action on this issue.
