I had booked and prepaid ₹5, 500 for a Skin Radiance Treatment at Avataar Skin Care, confirmed for the same day i.e 3rd May 2025 by their representative Ms. Jaanvi Khatri. No one turned up. After several converstions on phone, they agreed for next day service i.e 4th May 2025, but then again, no one turned up. After follow-ups, the session was again rescheduled for today i.e 10th May 205 at 2:00 PM. Yet again, there has been no communication or visit from their team.
This is a repeated failure in delivering the service, causing mental stress and financial loss. Despite asking for a refund, there has been no response. I request urgent action for full refund and accountability for misleading and poor service experience. Was this information helpful? |
