That the consignment was promised to be delivered within 3 days of the order. However, despite lapse of the stipulated period, the material was not supplied.
That upon contacting you on 28?04?2026 through WhatsApp, no satisfactory reply was given. Consequently, on 29?04?2026, I cancelled the order and demanded refund through WhatsApp and e?mail. Till date, no response has been received from your side.
