Avoonik — complaining about online order

On 28th october 2018 i have ordered one saree from avoonik website https://avoonik.com/

I have paid the total amount of rs.399/- though my debit card. Also i got the order confirmation message from avoonik. My order confirmation number is 54843. Delivery supposed to happen with in 8 to 10 days. After 10 days i called to the customer care number., but there is no proper response, they asked me to order the product again. Then i enquired about my payment to refund. They are very concentrate in asking my 16 digit debit card number, which i refused to give. Instead i said that i will give my account number to transfer. But they are not ready to refund my amount. Plenty of calls made and email also sent. After that when i checked with avoonik website there are plenty of complaints with same scenario.
Kindly help me to get the refund from theirside

Not received any sarees but already paying the amount but not given returned the amount

I ordered dress on 26th oct and i also did payment but still i am not receive my order..it is worse site... Please refund my money if you not deliver the material.
I have ordered a product on 26 October 2016 and the shipping time is 10 days.Its already been 10 days and the product is not received.The complaint had been done through mail but no response.I already paid for the order also.Kindly take some action regarding it.
