I have order sarees in avoonik site on 29th october 2018 but still the product is not received. I have sent a mail also but there was no reply. The product worth is 3500rs.

I have a issue with the website nsmed avoonik in that i ordered a dress which costs 399 rs on oct 29 this year still my dress is not delivered and my money is also not refunded please help me
I ordered a lehenga from Avoonik of Order no. 45968 and it's not delivered yet.i ordered it on 30th October 2018. I got confirmation mails also but it's been almost 15days and the product has not been delivered to me yet. Kindly help.
