On 28th october 2018 i have ordered one saree from avoonik website https://avoonik.com/
I have paid the total amount of rs.399/- though my debit card. Also i got the order confirmation message from avoonik. My order confirmation number is #55874. Delivery supposed to happen with in 8 to 10 days. After 10 days i email to the customer care, but there is no proper response.

I had placed an order on 25th with lorder number is 39757.delivery committed within 8-10 days . Till now I haven't received my order and money also. Only the way to contact them was through mail. Please do help me out.
