Avoonik — product is not received

I have ordered one saree on 28th oct 2018 worth rs.399/-
And payment also completed. I have received a message stating your order is confirmation and order number is 54843.

But till now no calls received from avoonik and no email reply for the product delivery.

And my user name is mkd. [protected]@gmail.com but i unable to login to track the order details.

We ordered 2 sarees on[protected] worth 399 each...After payment through debit card we received a message order successfully received with order number 56352...order will be delivered in 8-10 days but still we didn't get any order...there is no contact number to approach...Is this a fake site?
