Avoonik — saree no.20.of rs.399.00

I have ordered a saree No.20 on 25 10 18 and payment made through SBI online for Rs.399.00. But I have not received any information till date regarding delivery or confirmation of the order.I am worrying a lot.Plesse send the saree or atleast confirm the order otherwise I will go to the Consumer court.
