Avtar Singh — Not replaced set up box despite repeated request on given mobile calls since last 7 months

As we have been regularly being informed by tata sky by flashing messege to get replaced the exisiting set up box by just giving call. We did so many of the times . But since last seven months we are out of channels. We have been assured that your set up box will be replaced with the latest one free of cost. But 0% out put is there. Pl let me know during this era is there any body even in the jhopdi n o one will be out of channels of the the tv. But we are so customer of tata products from the 2 x tata cars. This is a very hopeless service of tata.
