I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the Power BI PL-300 training program I enrolled in through the institute mentioned
At the time of enrollment, I was promised a fast-track training, along with exam dumps and a course completion certificate. However, the following issues have occurred:
1. The trainer prolonged the course beyond three weeks, defeating the purpose of a fast-track program.
2. I have not received any exam preparation materials (exam dumps) as committed.
3. I am yet to receive the course completion certificate, despite repeated follow-ups.
This experience has been disappointing and unprofessional. I request that you take immediate action to a refund for the incomplete service and my time lost.
