Axio Amazon Pay Later — Unauthorised loan in my name and emi deducted against this loan

An unauthorised loan has been initiated in my name by axio in the name of amazon pay later with my identity which I had never applied for. Now they are asking to repay the loan amount in the form of emi. Already an amount of rs 7191.34 has been auto debited from my bank account against this loan. This is a fraud loan for which is in my name created by axio.. How axio created a loan in my name without proper varification. Now I want my amount to be refunded.. Case against axio for this harrasment.
