Axio. Capital Float Financial Services — Regarding about the disturbance of message and threatening call

I am highly obliged from our axio customer that few days back I have made a limit of ₹2000 on Amazon pay later on 31st July 2023 but afterwards they are told me to make a payment of 5th August 2023 but actually I have made it incidentally afterwards I haven't made a payment of 5th August 2023 the amount is ₹564 but afterwards they are sending messages that you have to make a repayment of ₹689 on Amazon pay later they have sending these type o[censored]nwanted messages occasionally then we have been discussed these type of topic to my parents they have helped me out to make a repayment of ₹689 has been made my father through Google pay but we haven't received any mail from axio they are told me that we haven't got any confirmation mail regarding about repayment but actually it has been debited by my father account but my father had made a call from axio that he told that we can't do anything I have made a payment of Google pay but now today they told me to join online dispute resolution but also they told me that if you don't join the online dispute resolution they are legally enforce to send a legal notice but also send an wrong amount ₹1399 but I am totally got distracted from these type o[censored]nwanted messages from axio but sir/ mam I am not well off to repay the dues on axio because of financial condition of my parents they are frequently calling me through different number in order to harrasing me also it leads to negative impact on my parents and relatives so please I want my justice as soon as possible and also please help me out so that we can get relief actually I am a college student so I don't want any hampering issue from my studies so please resolve the dispute as soon as possible so that we can get relief
