The Axio capital float of the collection department continuously harassing and threatening my family members after explaining them about the financial condition of mine and even mailed to the Axio's official mail id also. after complaining to the rbi also they are not stopping, they are continuously giving threats. the name of the employees are Mr. Swapan Das, Mr. Dibyendu Saha, Mr. Raman Kumar. Axio did not inform them also that they told me to wait for 3 to 5 days that they are investigating the matter but still they are not trying to listen and continuously harassing my family members. as per rbi guidelines, the lenders cannot harass the borrower's family member regarding the debt collection but still they are doing it.
