Axion Data — asking for money

Hi all,

I was going through online work and got a call from axion data... Where they made me to sign a digital agreement stating that i need to complete 800 forms in 10 days with rs. 40 per form... But only after 100 forms my id was blocked on 19th september. After reminders assuming that it's a genuine company, today i got a call stating that i've breached the agreement by using multiple ip address which i've not. And now they are asking for 23, 000 for legal proceedings and without refund as they initially sent me an email that the activation fee is refundable.

Please help and advice what to do next.
