I have applied for axis bank fastag online with payment of rs 200 on 25th nov - 2019. fastag wallet id :[protected]. Yet fastag not received. i made complaint 2 times but bank closed compliant both time without resolving issue.
Customer care person said, both time, "there is heavy backlog, you will get in 2-3 days".
But my colleagues, who applied after me, received fatstag in first week of December.
please check status as i am waiting from last one month.
If its not possible to solve then revert my money.
Bank has given me interaction id :99816246.
