Without my authorisation some amount getting debited from my account with the name of Tips, It is mentioned one in the statement like TIPS/SCG/NON MCC/29.03.2023/Delhi Metro Rail Card.
On 29th March, 2023 I've topup my Delhi metro card by Delhi Metro TVM by Axis Bank debit card. After 2 days I received a SMS for the Rs. 11.80 deduction from in the name of TIPS/SCG/NON MCC/29.03.2023/Delhi Metro Rail Card.
I've spoken to Delhi Metro official about charge, they told me that, they do not charge anything extra apart from topup amount.
I've also spoken to Axis bank customer care, but they also don't gave me any exact answer.
I've topup my delhi metro card many times but never debited any extra amount.
I either want exact reason of deduction or refund my amount. Was this information helpful? |
