Policy No.[protected] — Axis Max Life Fast Track Super (5 Pay) was mis-sold to me by Mr. Jayaraj, Branch Manager, Axis Bank, Venkatnarayana Road Branch, Chennai. He visited my office with 3 people during working hours and promised "₹15 Lakhs guaranteed in 10 years" — which is completely illegal for a ULIP. He never explained the 5-year lock-in period, ₹11, 546 hidden charges, or my 30-day free-look cancellation right. Within just 6 months I lost ₹7, 417 to undisclosed charges. Formal mis-selling complaint filed on 26-May-2026. Full refund of ₹1, 50, 000 demanded. IRDAI escalation ready. Beware of bancassurance mis-selling by Axis Bank employees pushing insurance products.
