Axisbank Fastag — Fatag wallet and account KYC

Since the same followed advised by the fastag telecaller team have been guided to the branch manager and through the Unidesk portal bank manager uploaded the necessary doc's to modify the name but same was rejected with unexpected reason and no such resolution provided from Axis Fastag Team,

Hence I do not want to continue with Axis Fastag service kindly close my Fastag wallet and account ASAP or else I requested fastag team to activate the fastag at your end.

but after multiple email sent to team advising again and again same and no proper action taken
